Lacking energy and feeling uninspired?
Never have any time to do what you want?
Overworked and underappreciated?
Ignored, or worse yet, micromanaged to death?
Sounds like you’re getting scrambled.
The Free-Range Wellness Wheel might have only one section devoted to your occupation, but the truth is, if your job is scrambling you, then your wellness is out of balance. The GOOD NEWS is that you’re in the right place. I can help you bring balance back to your work-life wellness and keep you from getting scrambled. Because let’s be honest, the only thing that’s good scrambled is eggs.
I can help! I’m Kit Caelsto, the Chicken Yogi, and I’ve been both an employee and an entrepreneur, and I know how your life is affected when work makes you scrambled.
I’m passionate about helping people who are often left out of traditional wellness (and yes, that includes workplace wellness) spaces. If you’re neurodivergent, chronically ill, disabled, queer, or some of combination of these, then there’s a good chance that advice that “everyone” gives just doesn’t work for you. Don’t worry. I’m different. I’m nonbinary, multiply neurodivergent, chronically ill, and I identify as disabled. And I want to help you.
Is your job making you sick?
Are you in danger of health problems because of the stress on your job? Facing unexplained stomach aches, joint pains, headaches, and more? Find out if you’re in danger of being scrambled and take control today!
We Need Cooperation Within The ND Entrepreneur Space

What does work abandonment look like?
If you search "work abandonment" in your favorite search engine, you'll find lots of information about "job abandonment" where you simply don't call in or show up for your assigned shifts and after a few days (usually 3), your employer can declare you've abandoned the...
When You Need to Be Your Own Detective for Work Wellness
You cannot rely on traditional wellness programs to tell you what may be going on at your workplace. In fact, the message that you must "work hard" to be "fulfilled" is part of capitalism, and so if you are employed, then it can never be the employer's issue or the...
Your Trauma Makes You Loyal, Managers Exploit This
I found this meme on Facebook today, and it reminded me of a book I read about a "bill for full autistic employment" where the author talked about how loyal autistic individuals are, as if we are dogs brought to heel by our masters. It mentioned "selling" the loyalty...
The Ripples Caused by a Lack of Work Wellness
Although we might intellectually know that when we lack work-life wellness it affects other parts of our lives, sometimes it's hard to see that. We get so caught up in the drop hitting the surface ("work stuff") that we forget to see the ripples radiating outward....
What does respect at work look like?
If you've worked somewhere for a long time, or are used to poor and disrespectful working conditions, it can be hard to realize if you're being respected, or if this is simply "how it always is". So I wanted to take an opportunity to blog about what respect at work...
