The Free-Range Wellness Wheel might have only one section devoted to your occupation, but the truth is, if your job is scrambling you, then your wellness is out of balance. I can help! I’m Kit Caelsto, the Chicken Yogi, and I’ve been both an employee and an entrepreneur, and I know how your life is affected when work makes you scrambled.

I’m passionate about helping people who are often left out of traditional wellness (and yes, that includes workplace wellness) spaces. If you’re neurodivergent, chronically ill, disabled, queer, or some of combination of these, then there’s a good chance that advice that “everyone” gives just doesn’t work for you. Don’t worry. I’m different. I’m nonbinary, multiply neurodivergent, chronically ill, and I identify as disabled. And I want to help you.
